Hickory for the rectangular cabinet model. We also recommend using a Warm
Cherry finish, and the Aspen Mine top by Staron.

FYI:
Hickory is the hardest and strongest American wood in common
use. The color of Hickory is white to tan to reddish-brown with
inconspicuous fine brown lines. Extremely tough and resilient,
Hickory is quite hard and only moderately heavy. Westward
trekking pioneers allegedly made hickory a prerequisite for their
wagon wheels.
