Permission is granted to electronically copy and print
hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an
order with Walsh Woodworking. Any other use,
including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display
or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited,
unless authorized by Walsh Woodworking. You further agree not to
change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded
from the site.
Payment:
All orders must be prepaid.
Walsh Woodworking accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express. After you have phoned in your order, the charges will be
processed by the end of the same business day. You will receive
a confirmation email (if desired) as soon as your order is processed,
and a confirmation letter will be promptly mailed to your billing
address. Personal and
Company checks are accepted but may delay manufacture of your order
until funds have cleared.
Shipping:
If you purchased an aquarium and cabinetry, expect two deliveries
to your home or office. The
delivery method can be curb-side or in-home, depending on your needs.
Curb-side is a delivery method used by many manufacturers
of larger parcels which is designed to save the customer money on
shipping fees. This
delivery method requires you to remove the merchandise from the
rear of the truck and into your home.
We highly recommend on the day(s) of delivery that you have
assistance and roller dolly to make it a very easy process.
Parcels will be transported into the home by the shipping
company only if you request In-home delivery.
This service is available in most areas, and is priced reasonably
by both UPS and FedEx (usually $45).
Receiving:
We want to make sure that your aquarium system and cabinetry arrive
in excellent condition. The
following procedure should be used when receiving your order: 1)
Inspect all packaging looking for tears in packaging, damage to
the skid, broken bands, etc. 2) If you notice any damage, open parcel
in driver's presence and have driver note any damage on all copies
of the freight bill before signing.
Call Walsh Woodworking to update us on the status of
your delivery so that we may begin the claims process and replacement
of damaged merchandise. MAKE
SURE YOU SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS, THE SHIPPING CO. MAY REQUEST
AN INSPECTION. THEY WILL NEED TO SEE THESE MATERIALS. 3) If
you notice no damage, sign for the freight and unpack it as soon
as possible. Only discard packing materials after your full inspection
shows no hidden damage.
Returns:
Due to the highly customized nature of Walsh Woodworking
cabinetry and Tenecor aquarium systems, we do not accept returns.
Orders cancelled before shipping will incur a 40% restock
and materials fee based on the original purchase price.
In the event an item arrives damaged, Walsh Woodworking will facilitate an inspection and file a freight claim on behalf
of our customer while we facilitate replacement of the damaged material.
PLEASE BE CERTAIN THAT YOU DESIRE THIS PURCHASE AS WE WILL
HOLD FIRM TO THIS RETURN POLICY.
Time:
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of all our fine handcrafted
cabinetry. Email updates
will be sent to inform you of the progress of your order.
Please add contact@walsh-trim.com
to your approved senders list to ensure up-to-date information gets
to you in a timely fashion.
Pricing:
The cost of hardwoods can fluctuate considerably due to changes
in supply and demand. As a result, cabinetry prices may be
affected. Walsh Woodworking reserves the right to change
pricing on this website at any time.
